Jubille Group Meeting 7pm Thursday 9th February at Old Pool Bank Village Hall Meeting Room Everyone is welcome to come along to this meeting to hear what plans are being developed to celebrate the Queens Jubilee. This Community Group would like to encourage anyone to contribute in what ever way they can to make the occasion as memorable as possible. Members of the Parish Council will be there as well as representatives from Pool Recreation Ground Management Committee, Pool Feast Committee, and the Village Halls also the W.I. We will be very pleased to welcome other groups and individuals from within the village who'd just like to find out more. Hope to see you there!

Valentine's Disco Family Disco with the 'Silly Brother's', Saturday 11 February 2012 , 6.00pm - 8.00pm at Pool Village Hall. Tuck shop selling sweets, drinks and hot dogs. Evening Bridge Classes will be starting on Tuesday 6 March for beginners at the Pool Methodist rooms. The teacher will be Mr. John Gilmour who used to teach Bridge at the Park Lane College Otley until it was closed. Anybody interested in these classes should either turn up on the evening or contact 0113 2843069.
Spring Fayre Saturday 10 March at Pool Methodist Hall, 10.30am to 3.30pm. Lots of stalls and an exciting Art Exhibition. Refreshments available all day. Admission free.
